Event links can connect tasks in ordinary scrolling rows with events in frozen rows. For example, keep project approvals visible at the top of the Scheduler while their dependent tasks scroll below.

The release approval stays in the frozen top row while links connect it to tasks in the scrolling grid.
Enable Links between Frozen and Scrolling Rows
Set linkCrossGridEnabled to true in the Scheduler configuration. It is disabled by default.
This enables links between ordinary rows and frozen top or bottom rows, and between the frozen top and bottom sections. Define links using the event IDs, as described in Link Loading.
During vertical scrolling, the link stays attached to the frozen event and follows the event in the scrolling area. Both linked events must be loaded.
See also Event Links and Frozen Rows.
Tune scroll refresh using scrollDelayCrossGridLinks; the default "Auto" refreshes once per animation frame. Cross-grid link projections are interactive browser features and are not included in image export.
